I’m Jessica Pegg, founder of the Making Fit Happen Method, a process to get busy moms feeling confident and looking strong. 

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with additional Certifications in Prenatal and Postpartum Coaching. 

After having my own children, I realized that there is A LOT of information on the internet about what you an and shouldn't so when you're pregnant- which makes starting a fitness routine really overwhelming when you're already pregnant!
