Hello! 

I’m Jessica Pegg, founder of the Making Fit Happen and it's my mission to help get moms feeling confident, happy and healthy (inside and out). 

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with additional Certifications in Prenatal and Postpartum Coaching. I've also been a Health and Life Coach for almost 5 years!

After having my own children, I realized that there is A LOT to think about. Finding out who you are as a mom and as a human is going to keep you sane, even on the hard days (and there will likely be a lot of hard days).
